Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We DO NOT offer refunds on any individual product whatsoever once the product has been shipped.
WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS FROM PACKAGE
If any product was missing from your order or we sent you the wrong product by accident, please provide a picture of the entire package (products and envelope/box), and we will send you a return label. We encourage you to inspect your package upon arrival and report any issues with your order within 7 days of the delivery date to hairlosssolutionschrissy@gmail.com.
Issues reported outside of the specified timeframe of 7 days are subject to the discretion of Hair Loss Solutions. We reserve the right to decline items returned without an authorization code.
RETURNS
If you wish to return your Hair Loss Solutions products, please email hairlosssolutionschrissy@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the issue you are experiencing. Returns without a return label and RMA # (from missing or wrong items) will not be accepted. Orders canceled prior to shipment are free of charge. Any returns after products have been shipped will incur a 15% restocking fee. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted, but exchanges for other products may be considered at the manufacturer’s discretion.
Once your return has been received, please allow 7 business days for the exchange or refund to be processed. Once processed, refunds will take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
