Shipping policy
Order Confirmations & Processing Time
After placing your order, if you have shared your email address, you will get two emails:
- The first email will confirm that your order has been completed and is being processed.
- The second email informs you that your order has been processed and is being prepared to ship, and will include tracking information.
If you have not shared your email address, you may email hairlosssolutionschrissy@gmail.com at any time, and we will be happy to give you your tracking information. Please also leave a mobile phone number for any urgent issues pertaining to your order.
SHIPPING:
We have a processing time of 7-14 days. After your order has been processed, packed, and shipped, your products typically arrive within 4-7 business days from the shipping date.
For overnight shipping: This means your products will be shipped overnight once they have been processed. It does not mean your order will be filled and shipped the day after placing your order. We still follow the 7-14 day processing period for all orders. Please plan your salon appointments accordingly and allow time for your products to arrive. Remember, the processing time is 7-14 days before your products are shipped.
If you need to have your products expedited and shipped earlier than the 7-14 day timeline, please call us at (651) 795-9785 to make arrangements. Additional shipping and handling fees apply. Shipping carriers may vary by order.
- Day 1 is the business day immediately following the receipt of your order.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Processing and shipping may be delayed during high-volume ordering periods. We appreciate your understanding and patience in advance.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please note that once an order has been submitted, no edits or cancellations can be made. If your order has not shipped, we can update the mailing and email addresses if they are incorrect.
We encourage you to inspect your package upon arrival and report any issues with your order within 7 days of the delivery date to hairlosssolutionschrissy@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item(s) (if damaged or incorrect). Issues reported outside of this timeframe are subject to the discretion of Hair Loss Solutions. We reserve the right to decline items returned without an authorization code.
Hair Loss Solutions is not responsible for discount codes, promotions, fees, or funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input promotional codes or links during checkout.
Transit Time
Our most common way of shipping is via UPS. However, UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes; in such cases, USPS will be used. For economy ground shipping, orders may take up to 15 days if your local post office or a post office en route has expedited orders to process ahead of your package. At the 15-day mark, you can contact USPS Customer Service at 1-800-275-8777 to request package expedition.

Note: Being in the Midwest warrants potential delays during the Winter months (November through February) due to snow/ice conditions.
Lost or Mis-delivered Packages
Hair Loss Solutions is not responsible for orders once they have been shipped. If your order is lost or missing, you must contact your local postal service or carrier to file a claim. Reshipping an order after it has shipped is not guaranteed, except for USPS Priority and USPS Express.
Hair Loss Solutions is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. No refunds will be issued if any portion of the mailing address is incorrect.
Add Route Package Protection at checkout to protect your package against loss, theft, and damage, and make shipping 100% carbon neutral. Opting out of package protection removes any liability from Hair Loss Solutions for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Issues must be reported within 14 days to ensure resolution.

International Shipping Policy
Due to mandatory additional administrative processes, international orders may take up to 5 days to process, regardless of the selected shipping option. Customs regulations vary by country; customers should confirm their country accepts the following products before ordering:
- Natural Shampoos
- Natural Conditioners
- Natural Hair Oils
- Natural Supplements
- Natural Hair Extensions
- Natural Scalp Detoxifier
Call UPS (United Parcel Service) at 1-800-782-7892 to verify product acceptance.
If your country does not accept these products, Customs may hold them without returning them to us. In such cases, we cannot issue refunds. If Customs returns your order to us, we will refund the product cost minus shipping fees.
Packages may remain delayed in Customs for months before release. We do not control Customs departments and recommend contacting them directly for updates on delays.
Customers are responsible for all Customs fees associated with their orders. Failure to pay these fees forfeits the order, and no refund will be issued. We highly recommend using an import duty calculator before placing your order.
